Cuti Cuti is a typical Peruvian wild growing fern. It grows in the Andes, in rocky cracks, often nearby waterfalls. USE AND MOST COMMON DOSAGE
Two spoons of dried herbs should be poured over by 500ml of cold water and cooked on small fire for 5 minutes since boiling. Put aside the decoction for the night, cover with cotton cloth which is not airtight. Drain in the morning. Drink two times a day: on an empty stomach and before the dinner.
The daily usage of the proper amount can lower the level of glucose in a couple of weeks.
